Lunch during Sustainability Live: What SBTi’s CNZS v2 and ISO Net Zero Standards mean for your net zero strategy
SBTi's CNZS v2 decoded over lunch

About the event
Step away from the conference floor and join Patch for lunch at The Pem, one of Westminster's finest restaurants, just a 4-minute walk from the QEII Centre.
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) released its Corporate Net Zero Standard (CNZS) v2 guidance to raise the bar for corporate climate commitments. As SBTi and ISO standards increasingly come together across greenhouse gas accounting, target-setting and disclosure, the implications for corporate sustainability leaders are significant, and the details matter.
Over a relaxed lunch Patch and BSI's Net Zero Engagement Lead, Shana Gallagher, will explore how the standards fit together, break down what the updated guidance actually requires, what's changed from v1, and what it means in practice for corporate sustainability leaders navigating their decarbonisation roadmap.
You'll leave with:
- A clear understanding of the key changes in CNZS v2
- Practical insight into how SBTi and ISO standards fit together
- Time to connect with peers facing the same questions
All of this over a menu by newly appointed chef Romy Gill MBE, one of Britain's most celebrated Indian chefs, whose dishes are made for relaxed, convivial lunches.
Lunch and drinks are on us. Space is limited, so we'd encourage you to register your interest early.
After lunch, you'll have plenty of time to return to the QEII Centre for the afternoon programme at Sustainability LIVE.
