New York Climate Week 2023

Patch will be in New York City for Climate Week 2023!

New York Climate Week 2023

One of the largest global climate events of the year, NY Climate Week takes place on the heels of the UN General Assembly and is intended to bring together stakeholders across the world to help form a more ambitious platform to drive climate action. Events and meetings will be hosted across the city September 17th through the 24th.

Patch is looking forward to meeting partners, customers and stakeholders throughout the week, as we help shape the carbon market of the future.

Patch Hosted Events

  • Navigating Risk and Unlocking Upside in Multi-year Carbon Offtakes

Done right, carbon credit multi-year offtake agreements are a win win. Corporate buyers get secured pricing and inventory while contributing to the carbon removal capacity UN scientists confirm we need to reach global climate goals. Project developers get the certainty needed to make long-term strategic choices and get the upfront financing required to build and scale their climate solutions. Long-term offtakes streamline funding and activity to ultimately remove carbon from the atmosphere faster - a win for the planet.

Patch, Charm Industrial and Pachama are bringing together a group of corporate executives to share their first hand experiences developing multi-year offtake agreements and discuss best-practices for the future. The event will operate under Chatham House Rule to facilitate an active learning session with open dialogue among the small group.

We will be joined by Dr. Sarah Kapnick, Chief Scientist at NOAA, and former Head of Climate Science at JP Morgan to share remarks on carbon removals. This is a limited capacity event. Please submit your interest via registration and we will contact you if capacity allows.
