From commitments to collective action: how sustainability leaders make climate progress stick

A candid, peer-led discussion for corporate sustainability leaders on turning climate ambition into practical decisions that hold up under pressure.

About the event

At COP31, Patch and ServiceNow will convene corporate sustainability leaders for a candid, closed-door discussion on turning climate ambition into action.

Led by Brennan Spellacy, Co-founder and CEO of Patch, and Lyndsay Harris-Kyei, VP of Global Impact and Chief Sustainability Officer at ServiceNow, the session will explore how sustainability leaders are making decisions that hold up under budget pressure, procurement constraints, internal scrutiny, and changing business priorities.

Building on discussions held at NYCW, the conversation will explore how sustainability leaders can make climate action more tangible, transparent, and collective: using AI and data to improve decision-making, mobilizing supply chains and procurement as levers for progress, and building stronger connections between corporate ambition and meaningful impact on the ground.

Held under Chatham House Rule, participants will share what is working, where progress is getting stuck, and what they need to change next.
