About Rebalance In Action

Sustainability teams are being asked to turn ambitious climate strategies into business action, often with small teams, complex value chains, and more questions than clear answers. AI, Scope 3, and the need to connect sustainability to lasting business value are reshaping the work, but rarely get discussed openly with peers. You’re invited to this closed-door, hands-on workshop for the people doing the work.

Hosted during New York Climate Week, this half-day workshop brings together around 30 senior sustainability practitioners, including VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers across sustainability, climate, carbon, and ESG. You’ll work through the execution challenges that matter most right now, from operationalizing AI and engaging suppliers to building sustainability narratives that connect to value across the business. Come to compare notes with peers and leave with practical ideas and next steps you can take back to your team on Monday.
