Sustainability Leaders Dinner, Paris

​The best conversations in sustainability rarely happen on a stage. They happen over dinner, off the record, with people who understand your work without needing lots of context. And that is what this evening is for.

​On September 30, we're hosting an intimate dinner in Paris for a small group of senior corporate sustainability leaders. Some guests will be local and others will be in town for the conference Produrable. Either way, you'll share the evening with a small group of peers who understand your work - an occasion for considered conversation, connection, and an exceptional meal.

​The dinner will be hosted at Datil. Chef Manon Fleury's restaurant in the Marais picked up its Michelin star within six months of opening, and not only for the cooking. The kitchen is plant-forward and producer-led, anchored by two farms in the Paris region and a menu that shifts with what those farmers grow.

​Expect a five-course tasting menu, wine pairings from independent growers, and an unhurried evening designed for the kind of conversation that's hard to find during a conference day.
