Zurich Sustainability Leaders Dinner
Hear real‑world lessons on setting an internal carbon price and the role of CDR in corporate decarbonisation over dinner in Zurich

Executive dinner on internal carbon pricing + CDR
An internal carbon price (ICP) only matters if it changes decisions. Join a small‑group dinner in Zurich on March 24 for two project spotlights and a practical ICP playbook.
Oshin Katulkar, Head of Growth & Asset Management at Varaha will share their approach to building high‑quality, smallholder‑focused biochar, enhanced-rock weathering, and nature‑based carbon projects across South Asia and East Africa. Pirmin Aregger, Co‑founder at Recoal (Rainbow certified), will follow by sharing how Recoal structures and verifies its project and the realities of deployment on the ground. Separately, Patch Climate Strategist Shane Fagan will outline a pragmatic path to establishing and governing an internal carbon price, based on our recently launched report in collaboration with BCG and the University of Oxford, that influences budgets and behaviour. Expect good food, open conversation, and cross‑industry peers.
This is an invite-only event with a curated guest list. Attendance will be confirmed upon approval.
